The best conversation often comes when we give free rein to our imagination. In one of those conversations, we talked about how our bad habits influence the environment around us. We imagined the wrath of Mother Nature leading to a series of revenge on human beings. ´Imagine if the Monastrell grapes, the same ones that we are trying to protect with the Designation of Origin in Jumilla, decided to restore the ecosystem by turning against us...’. After a brief silence, this conversation prompted the idea for this wine: A tribute to our grapes, an offer of peace to Mother Nature. Uncork the bottle and open your imagination. Elaboration

Grapes handpicked from the best plots of vines to express the taste of the grapes in their most optimal way. Manual harvesting. Maceration and fermentation were carried out at a controlled temperature, never exceeding 26°C, and with skin contact in stainless tanks lasted for 15/25 days.

Tasting notes

Look: Deep Purple color typical of its youth.

Nose: Floral notes with hints of vanilla and balsamic background. Dark fruit aromas on the nose carry an earthy undertone.

Taste: On the palate, it feels full, chewy, and dense, but lively enough to be enjoyable. It tastes a bit blackened and smoky, with clove and chocolate notes resting heavily on a plump finish.

Food pairing

Ideal for salads, red meat, lamb, and fish. Perfect with pasta and cheeses.
