A random conversation happened in La Manga, a beach that is an hour away from the winery. We were chatting while looking at the waves, ebbing and flowing, strong and then weak, present and then gone. ‘The ocean is the perfect combination of strength and softness, don't you think?’ We cannot help but relate it to the goddess of the ocean, a symbol of power and love. We thought of a wine that represented this image. Chardonnay represents the power of the strong wave while Moscatel represents the softness of waves.

Taste: The texture is velvety, smooth, and savory full of well-integrated acidity that brings freshness and elegance to the whole. An explosion of Mediterranean ripe fruit is perfectly blended with the typical zest of Chardonnay.
